Who we are
Lynk Technology ("Lynk Technology," "we," "us," "our") is a managed IT, business technology, and commercial security provider headquartered in McDonough, GA, serving Metro Atlanta and Macon, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide through our contact form, booking system, or email (name, company, phone, email, and the content of your message).
- Service delivery data — if you become a client, we collect and manage information about your IT infrastructure, devices, users, and security posture as required to deliver our services.
- Usage analytics — aggregated, non-identifying traffic data via Vercel Analytics (no cookies, no personal identifiers).
- Communications records — support ticket history, call logs, and email correspondence are retained for service continuity.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver the services you have contracted us to perform.
- To improve our services, respond to incidents, and meet compliance obligations.
- For limited internal communication — e.g. newsletters or service updates you have opted into.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the services you have engaged us for, or as required by law.
Service providers we use
To operate our business we use reputable providers including Microsoft 365 (email and productivity), Vercel (website hosting + analytics), and various IT/security vendors required to deliver client services. Each is bound by their own data protection obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. If you are a California or EU resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA and GDPR respectively — including the right to know what data we hold and the right to opt out of certain processing.

Data retention
We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner. Client service records are retained for the duration of our engagement plus seven years for accounting and compliance purposes, unless otherwise required by contract or law.
Security
We apply the same security discipline we recommend to our clients: MFA on all administrative accounts, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, endpoint protection, and documented access control. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify affected clients directly.
