Pricing FAQ

Are there setup or onboarding fees? +

No hidden fees. Standard onboarding is included in the plan — we document your environment, deploy monitoring, and transition from your old provider over 2–4 weeks depending on size.

Do you require long contracts? +

No multi-year lock-ins. Plans are month-to-month after an initial 90-day commitment that covers onboarding investment.

What counts as a "user"? +

Any human who uses managed devices, receives email, or contacts our helpdesk. Shared kiosks and printers are not counted as users.

Do you support businesses outside Atlanta and Macon? +

Our local on-site coverage is Metro Atlanta down through Macon. Remote-first support can extend further — contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
